Operations Support Specialist

Larry Williams serves as an Operations Support Specialist at Data Holdings, bringing a diverse background spanning technology, education, and business. With experience in technology sales and fourteen years in education, Larry brings a unique combination of technical curiosity, communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving to the Data Holdings team.

In his role at Data Holdings, Larry supports the day-to-day operations of the data center while helping maintain the high standards of service, reliability, and attention to detail our clients depend on. His background as both an educator and technology professional gives him a strong ability to understand complex problems, communicate clearly, develop effective processes, and continually look for opportunities to learn and improve.

Prior to joining Data Holdings, Larry spent fourteen years in education, teaching mathematics and science before specializing in mathematics instruction. Most recently, he taught Algebra, Intermediate Math, and Geometry at Milwaukee Lutheran High School. He also brings three years of technology sales experience, providing him with an understanding of both technical solutions and the importance of delivering a strong customer experience.

Larry holds two master’s degrees, including a Master’s in Education with an emphasis in Leadership and a Master’s in Cybersecurity. His passion for mathematics, cybersecurity, and continuous learning complements his role at Data Holdings, where analytical thinking, security, and disciplined problem-solving are essential to supporting critical infrastructure and our clients.

Outside of work, Larry enjoys studying history, reading, and playing the violin. A lifelong learner, he is also expanding his language skills by studying Spanish and Russian. Above all, Larry values spending time with his family and continually challenging himself to learn, grow, and take on something new.
