Operations Manager

Kurt is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee.  He has over 30 years experience in IT, Network Engineering, Project Management, and Data Center Management.  His main focus it to ensure data center and client implementations are completed on time and within budget. 

Site Reliability Engineer

Lucas serves as Site Reliability Engineer at Data Holdings, ensuring operational stability, performance, and scalability across the company’s infrastructure. Lucas is a vital contributor to Data Holdings' commitment to 100% uptime and operational excellence.

Data Center Team Lead

Ikea has been with Data Holdings since 2022 and serves as the Team Lead for the Network Operations Center. With 18 years of experience in roles spanning healthcare, education, and law enforcement, Ikea brings a unique blend of expertise and dedication to her position.

Daniel serves as a Data Center Technician at Data Holdings, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure. He has a diverse background in technology, customer service, and security.

Chief Executive Officer

Kip is an enrolled FCP tribal member and serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Potawatomi Ventures. Kip joined Potawatomi Ventures full-time in 2006 as Senior VP and served on its founding Board of Directors from 2002-2007.

Chief Financial Officer

Paul serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Potawatomi Ventures, providing direct insight into PV’s investments, including strategic direction to investment selection.
