VP of Finance

Erik serves as the Vice President of Finance for Potawatomi Ventures, overseeing shared-service finance operations, financial accounting and reporting, planning and analysis, treasury, and audit. During his tenure at Potawatomi Ventures, he has guided the evolution of these functions from supporting a small headquarters staff, investment portfolio, and business operations to becoming a shared-services organization built to enable the organic growth of existing operations and future business.

Erik’s prior experiences include four years in public accountancy, financial leadership positions at a small special-machines manufacturer, a Fortune 100 home appliances manufacturer, a NASDAQ consumer sporting goods company, as well as consulting for a large Wisconsin-based not-for-profit health services organization.

Erik is a graduate of Michigan State University—East Lansing, Michigan, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Certified Public Accountant.
