Data Center Team Lead

Ikea has been with Data Holdings since 2022 and serves as the Team Lead for the Network Operations Center. With 18 years of experience in roles spanning healthcare, education, and law enforcement, Ikea brings a unique blend of expertise and dedication to her position. Her prior roles include Clinical Hemodialysis Technician, Medical Assistant at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Senior Administrator at the Medical College of Wisconsin, and Senior Communications Officer at Marquette University Police Department.

At Data Holdings, Ikea is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and upholding premier data center standards. She ensures seamless transitions for clients from sales to service, facilitates superior communication with clients and vendors, and collaborates with the accounts payable department to produce accurate tenant invoicing for monthly recurring revenue, including variable electrical power usage reports. Ikea also develops and implements processes and procedures for the data center, clients, and vendors, while serving as Project Manager for the Network Operations Center and assisting with facility operations. Her role includes monitoring building access and automation operating systems to maintain the highest security and compliance standards.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ikea is deeply dedicated to her family. She cares for her ailing mother and supports her young daughter’s high achieving academic and extracurricular achievements. As a volunteer, she contributes to her daughter’s forensics and theatrical teams by judging regional tournaments and assisting with play productions. Ikea also enjoys annual vacations across the country with her siblings and their 11 children, cherishing time spent with her extended family.
